These terms apply to every person who opens an account with daragon4d and accesses the platform where local law permits. By completing account registration, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the current version of these terms.

We will not make material changes without notifying you first. A minimum of seven days' advance notice is sent to your registered contact before any amendment takes effect. Continued use of the account after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Deposits made via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX are subject to the payment conditions in Section 6. These set out processing timelines, minimum amounts, and the circumstances under which a transaction may be held for verification.

On account closure, your personal data enters a retention period as required by applicable Malaysian regulations. Once that period ends, the data is deleted from active systems. You may request confirmation of deletion by contacting our support team in writing.

Raise the dispute with our support team first, providing the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly. If the issue is not resolved at that stage, it proceeds under the formal dispute process set out in Section 12 of the terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written with Malaysian account holders in mind and reference local payment methods and applicable local law. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits.
